 Frequently Asked Questions
Why Murray Clients Choose Jasmine Massage
Some of our Murray clients have been coming to Jasmine since the first year in 2016, and they’ve followed her to Draper. That kind of loyalty comes from how every session is done: we start with a warm-up that also lets us assess your muscles, work only on the areas that are tight, and explain what we’re doing before we begin. New clients get the same care as the regulars. If a different service would suit you better than the one you requested, we’ll tell you.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Online booking is recommended, especially if you want a specific time. Same-day appointments may be available. If you plan to come within 10–15 minutes, you may call first to check availability, but a phone call does not hold the appointment. Availability can change quickly, since another client may book online or walk in at any moment. Calling to confirm is the best way to know, rather than walking in without asking. Appointment times are first come, first served. For appointments later than about 30 minutes, please book online.
